Judy is one of our owners and also manages at Rib City. She is one of the nicest people around and loves her town. We also have Ginger the Rib City Mascot
Jack of all Trades. There is nothing here that Cassie doesn't help out with. She manages at Rib City, runs the wedding venue, and also runs all of our Social Media.
Rachel is our newest member to the Management team. She has been with us since day one. Started off hosting at Rib City and slowly moved her way up. And to answer your question yes she does love Jimmy Fallon!
Mike joined our team last year and is our new Kitchen Manager. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. Mike moved from Boston a few years ago, and is a sports enthusiast. Loves the Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruins!
